Sydney Airport outage brings flights to standstill

first_imgSydney Airport has experienced a power interruption, which is causing flight delays throughout T2 domestic terminal.The outage which started at 8:30am this morning is causing long queues and flight delays, The Sydney Morning Herald reported.The power outage also means that baggage handling and screening facilities are down.In addition, the outage is affecting a number of aerobridge gangways.A spokesperson for Sydney Airport said that power will be restored as soon as possible.However, Qantas services from T3 have not been affected.Source = ETB News: Tom Nealelast_img
