He said: “We feel that the key to a potential signing of Pogba is Mino Raiola, with whom we get on with very well, both Abidal and myself.” City will have something to say about that! 6 Edin Dzeko – The Bosnian made just 12 Premier League starts last season – Blues striker Edin Dzeko has reportedly agreed terms with Italian giants Roma. The Bosnian has been linked with a move away from the Etihad Stadium all summer after a disappointing 2014/15 campaign and Wilfried Bony’s arrival in January. The Blues have had two offers for the Anfield attacker rejected, with the second amounting to £40m – £35m plus £5m in add-ons – though the Merseyside club are said to want £50m. But Roy Evans, who managed Liverpool between 1994 and 1998, reckons a deal is as good as completed. He reckons Liverpool’s huge spending in recent weeks means the departure of Sterling is inevitable.
